When your furniture arrives into our warehouse we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and collect the outstanding balance of the order. This can be done by credit/debit card or cash. Failure to pay prior to your delivery date will result in your furniture being removed from the delivery vehicle. If you have a Finance Agreement we will advise them to commence your first payment approximately 4 weeks from the delivery date. If you wish to delay your delivery we may charge you a storage fee to cover our costs. We recommend phoning our Warehouse 24 hours prior to delivery to establish an estimated time. If you fail to be at home when we deliver on the agreed date or cancel 24 hours or less, you will be liable to pay an additional delivery charge for the next available date. Once we have confirmed the date we will deliver the goods and remove any waste packaging.
